The Trust has helped 11 children in the past 6 months. They have attended courses in the South, at the Peto in London to Leeds in the North, from the Peto in Budapest in the East to the Welsh School for Conductive Education in the West.

Anyone wanting financial help to attend centres for conductive education should contact us and we will endeavour to contribute to the cost.

We held a disco in a barn at Grateley in March. Numbers were not as good as had been expected but a good time was had by all and a small amount of money raised. With as much food as you could eat included in the ticket no-one went home hungry!

The 2001 Partridge Ball was attended by 450 and was a great success, raising in excess of £13,000. The evening followed the format of a "shot" of schnapps on arrival before indulging in smoked salmon, fillet of beef and chocolate roulade.

The main part of the evening was the auction, where kind donations were auctioned by Peter Corbett and Iain Curry. Our heart held thanks must go out to all the people who purchased the items, which ranged from a helicopter flight, a day of pampering at a local Beauty Salon to a plastercast of your bottom! Thanks too must go to Peridot Dunning for organising the raffle and all those who so kindly donated items for it.

£13,000 will enable the Trust to help over 32 children with Cerebral Palsy to attend special centres, both in the UK and in Hungary.

The Trust currently have 3 main events to raise money, the Ball, a disco in the spring and the marathon. Individuals have also taken part in other activities to raise money but any further ideas would be welcomed.

We now also have one company who have stipulated us as their charity under their "Give As You Earn Scheme".

Any idea, no matter how small would always be welcomed.
